Terms Used In Vermont Statutes Title 8 Sec. 4229

  • Person: shall include any natural person, corporation, municipality, the State of Vermont or any department, agency, or subdivision of the State, and any partnership, unincorporated association, or other legal entity. See

§ 4229. Penalties

A person who violates a provision of this subchapter may be subject to an administrative penalty of $2,000.00 for each violation. (Added 1995, No. 167 (Adj. Sess.), § 14a.)
