- Commissioner: shall mean in this title only the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles. See
- Motor vehicle: includes all vehicles propelled or drawn by power other than muscular power, except farm tractors, vehicles running only upon stationary rails or tracks, motorized highway building equipment, road making appliances, snowmobiles, tracked vehicles, motor-assisted bicycles, electric bicycles, or electric personal assistive mobility devices. - Person: includes any natural person, corporation, association, co-partnership, company, firm, or other aggregation of individuals. See
§ 322. Failure to return certificate upon sale of vehicle
Except as provided in section 321 of this title, a person shall return to the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles the registration certificate and number plates of any motor vehicle when the vehicle is sold or exchanged by the person, together with the notice of the sale, when required by this subchapter.
