Oregon State University shall cause to be prepared and published at least once every two years a full and completed report of the work undertaken and accomplished by the Harney County station. The reports shall be distributed free of charge and the cost of such publication and distribution shall be deemed a part of the general expense of the station. [Amended by 2015 c.767 § 194]
