(1) For purposes of proceedings commenced pursuant to ORS § 240.060, 240.065, 240.080, 240.123, 243.650 to 243.809 and 341.290, a person may be represented by counsel or any other agent authorized by such person.

- Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
