In addition to any other disciplinary action available to the Oregon Health Authority under ORS § 475A.210 to 475A.722, the authority may immediately restrict, suspend or refuse to renew a license issued under ORS § 475A.210 to 475A.722 if circumstances create probable cause for the authority to conclude that a licensee has purchased or received a psilocybin product from an unlicensed source or that a licensee has sold, stored or transferred a psilocybin product in a manner that is not permitted by the licensee’s license.
