(1) A person responsible for collecting an assessment for a commodity commission shall make a report to the commission at the time and in the manner required by the commission.

- Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
(2) A person responsible for collecting an assessment for a commission who fails to deduct an assessment at the time of sale shall report and pay the assessment to the commission.
