(1) Certain odds (of winning) will be changing in the CASH POP Draw game.
(2) In preparation for the change, the functions below will be suspended and will resume at 6:00 a.m. (ET) on Tuesday, September 12, 2023:
(a) The ability to make a consecutive draw choice will be suspended after the close of the 11:45 p.m., ET, September 9, 2023 drawing; and
(b) After the close of the 11:45 p.m. (ET) draw on September 11, 2023, CASH POP, GROUPER®, and GROUPER® Super Sampler ticket sales will be suspended.
(3) All game functions and options resume on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at 6:00 a.m. (ET).
(4) Except as provided herein, all other provisions of Rule 53ER23-43 shall remain in full force and effect.
