(a) At least once each year a participating insurer shall provide each of its residential property insureds with marketing documents produced at the authority‘s expense.
(b) This section shall become operative on January 1, 2016.
Terms Used In California Insurance Code 10089.42
- Authority: means the California Earthquake Authority. See California Insurance Code 10089.5
- Participating insurer: means an insurer that has elected to join the authority. See California Insurance Code 10089.5
