Any dealer or person that handles poultry for resale shall make and retain a record which shows all of the following:

(a) The origin, ownership, and right of possession of the poultry.

  • Person: means any individual, partnership, association, corporation, limited liability company, or any organized group of persons whether incorporated or not. See California Food and Agricultural Code 38

(b) The name and address of the seller or shipper of the poultry.
