The commissioner shall publish and maintain a complete list of all admitted surety insurers on the department’s public Web site. The list shall set forth all of the following:

(a) The full corporate name of the insurer.

(b) The name of the state or country under whose laws the insurer is organized.

(c) The date of the certificate of authority issued to the insurer to transact surety insurance in this state.
