Terms Used In Alabama Code 43-2-419
- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
- Executor: A male person named in a will to carry out the decedent
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the several territories of the United States. See Alabama Code 1-1-1
All farm products coming into the hands of the executor or administrator as assets of the estate may be sold by him at public or private sale, at the reasonable market value, either in or out of the state.
