Under the Illinois Statutes, punishments for crimes depend on the classification. In the case of this section:| Class | Prison | Fine |

Any person who shall, directly or indirectly, avoid or seek to avoid any or all the provisions of this Division, or who shall, directly or indirectly, interfere with, or obstruct the enforcement of any of the provisions of this Division, shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor.
