Terms Used In Texas Insurance Code Chapter 562 > Subchapter D - Determination of Unfair Methods of Competition and Unfair or Deceptive Acts or Practices; Enforcement; Sanctions and Penalties

  • Testify: Answer questions in court.
  • Written: includes any representation of words, letters, symbols, or figures. See Texas Government Code 311.005
  • Year: means 12 consecutive months. See Texas Government Code 311.005
