Terms Used In Texas Election Code 213.010
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A recount may begin earlier than 18 hours after notice is given under Section 213.009 if each person entitled to the notice agrees to begin at a specified earlier time.
