- Lien: A claim against real or personal property in satisfaction of a debt.
- Property: means real and personal property. See Texas Government Code 311.005
Subject to any limitations contained in previous pledges, in addition to pledging the revenue from the improvement or facility, the commissioners court may give a lien on the physical property acquired with the bond proceeds.
