(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), the executive committee shall establish:
(1) the terms of executive committee members; and
(2) procedures for the reappointment of members.
(b) An executive committee member described by § 113.0101(a)(7) serves a two-year term and is eligible for reappointment.
(c) A vacancy on the executive committee shall be filled in the same manner as the original appointment.
