Terms Used In Texas Insurance Code 4101.051
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
Except as otherwise provided by this chapter, a person may not act as or represent that the person is an adjuster in this state unless the person holds a license under this chapter.
