(a) The district is governed by a board of seven voting directors. Four directors are elected as provided by § 3845.052 and three directors are appointed as provided by § 3845.053.
(b) Elected directors serve staggered terms of four years.
(c) Appointed directors serve three-year terms and may be appointed for subsequent terms.
