(a) § 43.071, Local Government Code, applies to the district and the district is a “water or sewer district” for purposes of that section.
(b) § 43.075, Local Government Code, applies to the district.
(c) § 375.264, Local Government Code, does not apply to the dissolution of the district by a municipality.
