- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
The governing body of the city shall appoint the voting directors. A person is appointed if a majority of the members of the governing body vote to appoint that person.
