In this chapter:
(1) “Board” means the district’s board of directors.
(2) “City” means the City of Pecos.
(3) “County” means Reeves County.
(4) “Director” means a board member.
(5) “District” means the West Pecos Management District.
(6) “School district” means Pecos-Barstow-Toyah Independent School District.
