Terms Used In Texas Tax Code 11.17
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
- Property: means real and personal property. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A person is entitled to an exemption from taxation of the property he owns and uses exclusively for human burial and does not hold for profit.
