Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 45:9-42.10
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
All application and examination papers shall be retained in the files of the said board for at least five years, and they shall be prima facie evidence of all matters therein contained.
