Terms Used In Indiana Code 4-31-3-0.3

  • Liabilities: The aggregate of all debts and other legal obligations of a particular person or legal entity.
  • Property: includes personal and real property. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
     (b) The rules adopted by the Indiana standardbred board of regulations before July 1, 1999, are considered, after June 30, 1999, rules of the Indiana horse racing commission.
