Sec. 7.5. (a) As used in this chapter, “real property” or “residential real property” means real property that:
(2) is used in whole or in part as a dwelling of a consumer.
(1) contains one (1) to four (4) units; and

- consumer: means a person that owns, leases, or rents the residential real property that is the subject of a real property improvement contract. See Indiana Code 24-5-11-2
- Property: includes personal and real property. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
(b) The term includes all fixtures to, structures on, and improvements to the real property.
