‘Improvement’ or ‘improve’ means the extension, widening, lengthening, betterment, alteration, reconstruction or other major improvement (or any combination thereof) of any properties pertaining to a project or an interest therein, but does not mean renovation, reconditioning, patching, general maintenance or other minor repair.
