As used in NRS 268.429 to 268.4298, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, ‘assembly’ means a company of persons gathered together for any purpose at any location, other than in a permanent building or permanent installation, which has been constructed for and will accommodate the number of persons gathered therein.
