- Broker: means a customs broker. See 19 CFR 111.1
- CBP: means U. See 19 CFR 101.1
- Liabilities: The aggregate of all debts and other legal obligations of a particular person or legal entity.
- Permit: means a permit issued to a broker under § 111. See 19 CFR 111.1
- Statute: A law passed by a legislature.
