Arizona
means an offense for which a sentence to a term of imprisonment other than to the custody of the state department of corrections is authorized by any law of this state Arizona Laws 13-105
Michigan
means a violation of a penal law of this state or violation of a local ordinance substantially corresponding to a violation of a penal law of this state that is not a felony or a violation of an order, rule, or regulation of a state agency that is punishable by imprisonment or a fine that is not a civil fine, or both Michigan Laws 28.421
means a violation of a penal law of this state that is not a felony or a violation of an order, rule, or regulation of a state agency that is punishable by imprisonment or a fine that is not a civil fine Michigan Laws 761.1
means a violation of any of the following:
  (i) A penal law of this state, another state, an Indian tribe, or the United States that is not a felony Michigan Laws 780.621
means either of the following:
  (i) A violation of a penal law of this state that is not a felony or a violation of an order, rule, or regulation of a state agency that is punishable by imprisonment or a fine that is not a civil fine Michigan Laws 28.241a
Minnesota
means a crime for which a person may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or to payment of a fine of not more than $1,000, or both Minnesota Statutes 169A.03
Texas
means an offense so designated by law or punishable by fine, by confinement in jail, or by both fine and confinement in jail Texas Penal Code 1.07
