Act 2016-360 shall apply to any person under the age of 18 years at the time an offense was committed who was sentenced to life without the possibility of parole under Section 13A-5-2, 13A-5-39, defendant; lesser included offenses; sentencing” class=”unlinked-ref” datatype=”S” sessionyear=”2020″ statecd=”AL” title=”13A”>13A-5-43, or 13A-6-2, whether the person is currently incarcerated or hereinafter convicted.
