Rules and regulations adopted and promulgated by the State Board of Agriculture and Industries as authorized under Section state board authorized” class=”unlinked-ref” datatype=”S” sessionyear=”2020″ statecd=”AL” title=”2″>2-15-270 shall have the force and effect of law, and any person who shall violate any such rule or regulation or who shall fail to or refuse to perform any duties required thereof shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished as now prescribed by law for such offense.
