Terms Used In Alabama Code 29-2-50

  • state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the several territories of the United States. See Alabama Code 1-1-1
(2) It is necessary, therefore, that a permanent legislative committee on reapportionment be created to prepare for and develop a reapportionment plan for the state.
