When all of the applicable conditions enumerated in subsection (b) of Section personal property without administration” class=”unlinked-ref” datatype=”S” sessionyear=”2020″ statecd=”AL” title=”43″>43-2-692 occur, the judge of probate shall enter an order directing a summary distribution of the estate.
