- Affidavit: A written statement of facts confirmed by the oath of the party making it, before a notary or officer having authority to administer oaths.
- Executor: A male person named in a will to carry out the decedent
Such report and statement must be accompanied by an affidavit of the executor or administrator to the effect that they are correct to the best of his knowledge, information and belief.
