The disclaimer shall:

(1) Be in writing;

Terms Used In Alabama Code 43-8-293

property: includes both real and personal property. See Alabama Code 1-1-1
writing: includes typewriting and printing on paper. See Alabama Code 1-1-1

(2) Describe the property or interest disclaimed;

(3) Declare the disclaimer and extent thereof; and

(4) Be signed by the disclaimant.
