  • Beneficiary: A person who is entitled to receive the benefits or proceeds of a will, trust, insurance policy, retirement plan, annuity, or other contract. Source: OCC
  • person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060

A person who is eligible under Alaska Stat. Chapter 43.23 to receive a permanent fund dividend may make a deposit into the program account of a designated beneficiary from and up to the amount of the person’s permanent fund dividend.
