Alaska Statutes 08.01.080 – Department regulations

The department shall adopt regulations to carry out the purposes of this chapter, including describing

(1) how an examination is to be conducted;

person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060

(2) what is contained in application forms;

(3) how a person applies for an examination or license.
