The provisions of Alaska Stat. § 09.43.300 – 09.43.595 governing the legal effect, validity, and enforceability of electronic records or electronic signatures, and of contracts performed with the use of the records or signatures shall conform to the requirements of 15 U.S.C. § 7002 (Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act).
