- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
In an action to recover the possession of real property as provided in Alaska Stat. § 09.45.630, notice to quit, when necessary, may be given as prescribed in Alaska Stat. § 09.45.060 – 09.45.160, and nothing in Alaska Stat. § 09.45.060 – 09.45.160 shall be construed so as to prevent such an action being maintained for the recovery of the possession.
