Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 09.45.430
- state: means the State of Alaska unless applied to the different parts of the United States and in the latter case it includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
In the order of sale, the court shall direct the terms of credit that may be allowed for the purchase money of a portion of the premises of which it may direct a sale on credit, and for that portion of which the purchase money is required, by the provisions contained in Alaska Stat. § 09.45.260 – 09.45.620, to be invested for the benefit of unknown owners, infants, and parties out of the state.
