If the consent is not given under Alaska Stat. § 09.45.460, before the report of sale, the court shall determine what proportion of the proceeds of the sale, after deducting expenses, is a just and reasonable sum to be invested for the benefit of the person entitled to the estate for life or years, and shall order the sum to be deposited in court for investment.
