Unless there is good cause for the failure, a construction professional may not assert that the claimant did not comply with Alaska Stat. § 09.45.881 – 09.45.899 if the construction professional fails to respond in good faith to the claimant’s notice of claim made under Alaska Stat. § 09.45.881.
