When payments have been made and the bond given, if the plaintiff elects to give one as required by Alaska Stat. § 09.55.350, the court shall make a final order of condemnation, which shall describe the property condemned and the purposes of the condemnation. A copy of the order shall be recorded in the office of the recording district where the land is located, at which time the property described in the order vests in the plaintiff for the purposes specified in the order.
