  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.

After hearing, the court may decree a winding up and dissolution of the corporation as provided in Alaska Stat. § 10.06.625 or, with or without winding up and dissolution, may make orders and decrees and issue injunctions in the case as justice and equity may require.
