Reservation of a name under Alaska Stat. § 10.50.030 is made by filing an application with the department. If the department finds that the name is available for use by a limited liability company and is distinguishable on the records of the department under Alaska Stat. § 10.50.025, the department shall reserve it for the exclusive use of the applicant for a period of 120 days.
