Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 10.50.300

  • Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.

Subject to Alaska Stat. § 10.50.30510.50.320, if an operating agreement of the company does not provide for the interim distribution of the assets of the company, when a limited liability company makes an interim distribution of its assets, the interim distributions to each member of the company shall be equal.
