(a) Property used during or in aid of a violation of this chapter may be forfeited to the state to the extent permitted under and in accordance with the provisions of Alaska Stat. § 17.30.110 – 17.30.126.

Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 11.73.060

  • property: includes real and personal property. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
  • state: means the State of Alaska unless applied to the different parts of the United States and in the latter case it includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
(b) For purposes of this section the terms “controlled substance” and “this chapter”, as used in Alaska Stat. § 17.30.110 – 17.30.126, shall be construed as “imitation controlled substance” and “Alaska Stat. Chapter 11.73” respectively.
