If any provision of Alaska Stat. Chapter 13.06 – Alaska Stat. Chapter 13.36 or their application to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of Alaska Stat. Chapter 13.06 – Alaska Stat. Chapter 13.36 that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of Alaska Stat. Chapter 13.06 – Alaska Stat. Chapter 13.36 are declared to be severable.
