- hospital: means a facility
(A) licensed, accredited, or approved as a hospital under the laws of this state. See Alaska Statutes 13.52.390 - state: means a state, territory, or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia, or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. See Alaska Statutes 13.52.390
A hospital in this state shall enter into agreements or affiliations with procurement organizations for coordination of procurement and use of anatomical gifts.
