A school district shall comply with Alaska Stat. § 29.71.050, except that in Alaska Stat. § 29.71.050(b), “Alaska Stat. § 29.71.040 ” is read as “Alaska Stat. § 36.15.050,” and in Alaska Stat. § 29.71.050(a) – (c) and (e), “municipal” and “municipality” are read as “school district.” In this section, “school district” does not include regional educational attendance areas.
